Hacksaw DayZ Server Overview Hacksaw is a fully custom DayZ community server built around AI-focused progressive PvE, where the world keeps introducing new challenges, mechanics and rewards as players advance. Play starts on Chernarus and moves, through an integrated MapLink, to Takistan, which the owners describe as the next step in progression where only prepared players survive. Progression is structured through quests, points of interest and exploration rather than pure looting, with a quest-based license system unlocking key features. The server targets players who want long-term PvE goals and group challenges rather than open PvP. Map & Ruleset The main map is Chernarus, linked to a separate Takistan map that holds the late-game content.
