Levelling is deliberately fast, running as high as 4000x through the early brackets and tapering to 2x past level 1000, because the team treats reaching cap as the tutorial and the Awakening track as the actual progression. Underneath that sit a talent grid of more than 2,000 nodes, a card system and five hand-built dungeons. The wiki the team maintains documents 34 systems, 361 creatures, 1,587 items and 243 spells and runes, which is a fair measure of how much of this is custom rather than inherited.
